PRF ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်ကို စစ်တပ်က တကယ်ရသွားတာလား၊ အတုလား?
စက်တင်ဘာလ ၂၈ ရက်နေ့က စစ်အုပ်စုလက်အောက်ခံ မြဝတီသတင်းက သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်ချက်တစ်စောင် ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ (NUG) ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနအောက်က ပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးထောက်ပို့တပ် (PRF) ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်ကို ငွေကြေးထောက်ပံ့နေသူ ၂,၇၀၀ ကျော်ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်တွေ ရရှိထားပြီး ၂၁ ဦးကို ဖမ်းဆီးထားတယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။ WavePay အကောင့် ၇၀၀ ခန့်၊ SDB ဘဏ်/NUGPay အကောင့် ၁,၀၀၀ ခန့် အပါအဝင် စုစုပေါင်း အကောင့် ၂,၇၀၀ ကျော်ရဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေ ရထားတယ်လို့ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။
ဒါပေမဲ့ NUG ဘက်နဲ့ နည်းပညာစောင့်ကြည့်သူတွေက ဒီထုတ်ပြန်ချက်ဟာ အတုသတင်းနဲ့ စိတ်ဓာတ်စစ်ဆင်ရေးဖြစ်နိုင်ခြေ မြင့်ကြောင်း ပြောပါတယ်။ လက်ရှိရရှိတဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေအရ စစ်တပ်က PRF ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်ကို တကယ်ထိန်းချုပ်ရရှိသွားကြောင်း သက်သေမပြနိုင်သေးပါ။ PRF Team ဘက်ကလည်း အချက်အလက်တွေ စစ်ဆေးနေဆဲဖြစ်ပြီး တရားဝင်ထုတ်ပြန်ချက် မထွက်သေးပါ။
၁။ စစ်ကောင်စီပြတဲ့ လင့်ခ်က အတုလင့်ခ်ပါ
NUG ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်ရုံး ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူ ဦးနေဘုန်းလတ်က သူ့ရဲ့ လူမှုကွန်ရက်ကနေ အသိပေးထားပါတယ်။ စစ်ကောင်စီက ဖော်ပြထားတဲ့ PRF ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်ဆိုတဲ့ လင့်ခ်ဟာ စာလုံးပေါင်းမှားရိုက်ပြီး ဖန်တီးထားတဲ့ အတုလင့်ခ်သာဖြစ်ပြီး လင့်ခ်အစစ်မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ "သူတို့တင်ထားတဲ့ Form လင့်ခ်ကို PRF ရဲ့ စာမျက်နှာတွေမှာရော၊ MOD ရဲ့ စာမျက်နှာတွေမှာရော ရေးထားတာ မတွေ့ရသလို PRF အဖွဲ့ဝင်သူတွေအနေနဲ့ Form တစ်ခုခုကို ဖြည့်ရတာမျိုး မရှိပါဘူး" လို့ သူက ပြောပါတယ်။
ဦးနေဘုန်းလတ်က ဖြစ်နိုင်ချေနှစ်ခုကို ထောက်ပြပါတယ်။ တစ်ခုက စစ်တပ်ဘက်က modnug.org ဒိုမိန်းကို ဝယ်ပြီး အဲဒီမှာ ဖောင်တစ်ခုတည်ဆောက်ကာ "PRF ဝင်ချင်ရင် ဒီဖောင်မှာ ဖြည့်ပါ" ဆိုတဲ့ ပုံစံနဲ့ Phishing ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်တစ်ခု ဖန်တီးထားပြီး မသိဘဲ အချက်အလက်ပေးမိတဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေကို ဖမ်းဆီးတာ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ နောက်တစ်ခုက တခြားနည်းလမ်းနဲ့ ဖမ်းမိထားသူတွေကို PRF နဲ့ တွဲချိတ်ပြီး "PRF ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်က ပေါက်ကြားလို့ ဖမ်းမိတယ်" ဆိုတဲ့ သတင်းမှားကို ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိ ထုတ်လွှင့်တာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
၂။ PRF က ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် မစုပါဘူး
PRF ထောက်ပို့လုပ်နေသူ ထိပ်ထားသခင်ဆိုသူက သူ့ရဲ့ လူမှုကွန်ရက်ကနေ ပြောထားပါတယ်။ "PRF အတွက် ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်ကနေ ငွေကောက်ခံခြင်း မရှိသေးပါဘူး။ အဖမ်းခံရတဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေကတော့ တကယ်ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဖမ်းချင်လို့ ဖမ်းတာသာဖြစ်ပြီး PRF ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်က ပေါက်ကြားမှုကြောင့်တော့ လုံးဝ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ PRF မကူရဲအောင် ကြောက်စိတ်ဝင်အောင် ဆိုက်ဝါးထည့်တာပါ" တဲ့။
PRF မှာ အမည်ဝှက် (Nick Name) တွေနဲ့သာ ပါဝင်ကြပြီး စာရင်းလက်ခံသွင်းပေးသူတွေ ကိုယ်တိုင်ပင် မည်သူမည်ဝါဖြစ်ကြောင်း မသိကြပါဘူး။ ထောက်ပို့တာဝန်ယူထားသူတွေဟာ ပြည်ပနဲ့ လွတ်မြောက်နယ်မြေတွေမှာသာ ရှိနေတာကြောင့် အချက်အလက် ပေါက်ကြားစရာ အကြောင်းမရှိဘူးလို့ သူက ရှင်းပြပါတယ်။
၃။ NUGPay အကောင့် တစ်ထောင် ခြေရာခံမိတယ်ဆိုတာ မဖြစ်နိုင်ပါဘူး

နည်းပညာစောင့်ကြည့်သူတွေကလည်း PRF/NUGPay တို့ရဲ့ ဒေတာဘေ့စ်တွေဟာ ပြည်တွင်းမှာမဟုတ်ဘဲ နိုင်ငံတကာ နည်းပညာကုမ္ပဏီတွေဆီမှာ ငှားရမ်းသိမ်းဆည်းထားတာဖြစ်ပြီး လွယ်လွယ်နဲ့ ဟက်ကင်းလုပ်လို့ မရနိုင်ဘူးလို့ ထောက်ပြပါတယ်။ တကယ်သာ စာရင်းအမှန်ရထားရင် စစ်ကောင်စီဟာ အရင်ဆုံး အင်အားသုံး အကုန်လုံးကို ဖမ်းပြီးမှ သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်လေ့ရှိတာပါ။ အခု ၂၁ ဦးတည်းနဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်တာကိုက စာရင်းတစ်ခုလုံး ရထားတယ်ဆိုတာ မဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့ သက်သေပဲလို့ လေ့လာသူတွေက ဆိုပါတယ်။
၄။ တခြားအမှုနဲ့ ဖမ်းထားသူတွေကို PRF နဲ့ ပြန်ပုံဖော်နေတာပါ
ဖမ်းဆီးခံရသူ ၂၁ ဦးထဲက နှစ်ဦးရဲ့ အဖြစ်မှန်ကို မဲခေါင်သတင်းက ဖော်ထုတ်ထားပါတယ်။
ရှမ်းပြည် ရွှေညောင်မြို့က မမျိုးမျိုး (ခ) မျိုးမြမြတ်ထွန်းကြည်ကို စက်တင်ဘာ ၈ ရက်နေ့က တောင်ကြီးမြို့ကနေ ရွှေညောင်မြို့ကို သွားစဉ် စစ်ဆေးရေးဂိတ်မှာ ဖမ်းဆီးခဲ့တာပါ။ Clean Yangon အဖွဲ့ကတဆင့် စစ်ဘေးရှောင်တွေအတွက် KPay နဲ့ အလှူလုပ်ခဲ့တာကို စစ်ဆေးတွေ့ရှိလို့တဲ့။ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုတိုက်ဖျက်ရေး ဥပဒေ ပုဒ်မ ၅၀(ည) နဲ့ အမှုဖွင့်ခံခဲ့ရပါတယ်။
လားရှိုးမြို့ ရပ်ကွက် ၉ က မမေရီဆန်စင်ကိုတော့ စက်တင်ဘာ ၁၄ ရက်နေ့က နေအိမ်ထဲထိ ဝင်ရောက် ဖမ်းဆီးခဲ့တာပါ။ ဖေ့စ်ဘွတ်မှာ ကောမန့်ရေးမိလို့တဲ့။ ဆန်ဆိုင်ဖွင့်ထားတော့ ပိုက်ဆံရှိတယ်ဆိုပြီး ငွေညှစ်ဖို့ ဖမ်းဆီးခဲ့တာလို့ လားရှိုးမြို့ခံတွေက ပြောပါတယ်။
ဒီနှစ်ဦးလုံးကို PRF နဲ့ မပတ်သက်ခင်ကတည်းက တခြားအမှုတွေနဲ့ ဖမ်းဆီးထားပြီးသားဖြစ်ပေမဲ့ အခု PRF ကို ထောက်ပံ့မှုနဲ့ ဖမ်းမိသူတွေအဖြစ် ပြန်လည်ပုံဖော်ထုတ်ပြန်လာတာပါ။
၅။ ဘာကြောင့် အခုချိန်မှာ ဝါဒဖြန့်တာလဲ
ဒီဝါဒဖြန့်မှု ထွက်လာချိန်ဟာ ရခိုင်ပြည် ကျောက်တော်မြို့ လူစည်ကားရာဈေးအနီးကို စစ်ကောင်စီက ဗုံးကြဲတိုက်ခိုက်ပြီး ပြည်သူ ၄၉ ဦးထက်မနည်း သေဆုံး၊ ၆၀ နီးပါး ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရရှိခဲ့တဲ့ သတင်းတွေ ပျံ့နှံ့ပြီးနောက်ပိုင်းနဲ့ တိုက်ဆိုင်နေပါတယ်။ ကရင်နီပြည် ဒီမော့ဆိုမြို့နယ်က အရပ်သားနေရာတွေကိုလည်း ဗုံးကြဲခဲ့ပါသေးတယ်။ အရပ်သားအစုလိုက်အပြုံလိုက် သတ်ဖြတ်တဲ့ သူတို့ရဲ့ ပြစ်မှုတွေကို ဖုံးကွယ်ဖို့ လုပ်ကြံဝါဒဖြန့်တာလို့ တော်လှန်ရေးသတင်းရင်းမြစ်တွေက ပြောပါတယ်။

Did the military really seize the PRF website, or is it fake?
On September 28, junta-backed Myawaddy news issued a statement claiming it had obtained the personal data of over 2,700 donors to the People's Revolution Supply Family (PRF) website — run under the NUG Ministry of Defence — and arrested 21 of them. The statement said the data included about 700 WavePay accounts and about 1,000 SDB/NUGPay accounts, over 2,700 accounts in total.
But the NUG side and technology observers say the announcement is most likely fake news and psychological warfare. On the evidence available so far, the military has not proven that it seized the PRF website — and the PRF Team says it is still verifying the facts, with no official statement issued yet.
1. The link shown by the junta is a fake link
NUG Prime Minister's Office spokesperson U Nay Phone Latt said on social media that the "PRF website" link presented by the military council is a misspelled, fabricated link — not the real one. "The form link they posted appears on neither the PRF pages nor the MOD pages, and PRF members never have to fill in any form," he said.
He pointed to two possibilities: either the military bought the domain modnug.org, built a form there styled as "fill in this form to join PRF" — a phishing website — and arrested members of the public who unknowingly submitted their information; or it deliberately linked people arrested by other means to the PRF to spread the false story of a PRF website leak.
2. PRF does not collect personal data
A PRF supporter, Hteik Htar Thakin, wrote on social media: "PRF does not collect donations through any website yet. Those arrested may indeed be real people — I feel sorry for anyone who has ever helped. But they were arrested because the junta wanted to arrest them, absolutely not because of a PRF website leak. This is intimidation to scare people away from supporting the PRF."
PRF members participate under nicknames only — even the registrars themselves don't know who's who. Those in charge operate from abroad and liberated areas, so there is no data to leak, he explained.
3. "Tracing 1,000 NUGPay accounts" is impossible
A NUGPay representative told Burma VJ that the announcement is psychological warfare aimed at frightening the public and cutting off the money flow to the revolution. "Their claim of tracing a thousand NUGPay accounts is both impossible and illogical. There is not a single NUGPay representative inside Myanmar or under junta control, so there is nothing to worry about," the representative said.
4. People arrested for other cases are being repackaged as PRF donors
MeKong News documented the real stories of two of the 21 arrestees.
Ma Myo Myo (aka Myo Myo Myat Htun Kyi) of Shwe Nyaung, Shan State, was arrested on September 8 at a checkpoint while traveling from Taunggyi to Shwe Nyaung — because a search found she had donated via KPay through the "Clean Yangon" group for war-displaced people. She was charged under Section 50(j) of the Counter-Terrorism Law.
Ma May Ri San Sin of Ward 9, Lashio, was dragged from her home on September 14 for writing a comment under a Facebook post. Locals say she was arrested to extort money — she runs a rice shop, so they assumed she had money.
Both had already been arrested for other cases before any mention of the PRF — and are now being repackaged as people arrested for supporting the PRF.
5. Why this propaganda, and why now?
The propaganda came right after news spread of the junta's bombing near the crowded market in Kyauktaw, Rakhine State — killing at least 49 civilians and injuring nearly 60 — along with bombings of civilian sites in Demoso Township, Karenni State. Revolutionary news sources say it is fabricated propaganda to cover up the junta's crimes of massacring civilians.
The junta also announced it would shut down the WavePay accounts it claims to have identified, seize the money as state treasury, keep hunting the rest, and pay rewards for informants on PRF donors — pure intimidation to cut the money flow to the revolution.
Conclusion
So on the evidence available so far, the military has not proven that it seized the PRF website. The form link it showed was built on a lookalike domain, PRF collects no personal data through any website, and some of the arrestees were already detained for other cases. A fake link, phishing, and repackaged arrests as psychological warfare is far more likely. The PRF team's final official statement is still awaited.
Warning to the public — if you see a link asking you to fill in a form in the name of PRF (for example links like form.prfhq.modnug.org), do NOT fill it in. It may be a trap. Joining PRF never requires filling in any form.
The revolutionary community urges the public not to fall for the junta's tricks and to stay calm — while regularly clearing transfer slips and messages from their phones.
